Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Hero Research Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to these Affiliate Terms, which incorporate by reference our primary [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the Program.

1. Program Enrollment
To participate, you must be a registered user of Hero Research. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may require proof of your audience or marketing channels before approving your status.

2. Commission Structure
Earnings: You earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link.

Determination: Commission rates, qualifying purchase definitions, and payout thresholds are determined by Hero Research at our sole discretion.

Modifications: We reserve the right to change, pause, or discontinue commission rates at any time without prior notice.

3. Permissible Marketing & Content
Affiliates act as independent contractors. You are solely responsible for all content, advertising, and representations you make. All affiliate content must adhere to the following:

No Medical Claims: You may not imply that our products are suitable for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary application.

No Dosing Advice: You may not discuss, promote, or provide dosing information or “protocols.”

Research Focus: All marketing must clearly state that products are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only.

Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines requiring clear and conspicuous disclosure of your affiliate relationship (e.g., “I may earn a commission from this link”).

4. Prohibited Conduct
Violation of the following will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

Misrepresentation: Implying that products are for human or animal use.

Spam: Engaging in unsolicited bulk email, social media spamming, or other aggressive marketing tactics.

Trademark Infringement: Using our logos or trademarks in a way that suggests you are an official representative of Hero Research.

Self-Referral: Using your own affiliate link to make purchases for your own account is strictly prohibited.

5. Payouts
Schedule: Hero Research determines the payout schedule at its sole discretion.

Withholding: We reserve the right to withhold or delay payouts if we suspect fraudulent activity, if a customer initiates a chargeback, or if we determine that you have violated these terms.

Termination: If your status is terminated for cause, any pending or unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hero Research and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities—including legal fees—arising from your affiliate activities, including content you publish or any unauthorized claims you make regarding our products.

7. Termination
Hero Research may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You may also opt out of the program at any time by contacting us at support@tryheroresearch.com.
